COO (Operations Lead) – Manages day-to-day operations, partnerships, and scaling of the Creative Space & POS rollout. CTO (Technology Lead) – Oversees platform development, eCommerce infrastructure, and POS systems. Creative Director – Leads fashion innovation, brand identity, and collaboration with designers and creators. Team Size: 4 members (with plans to expand as we scale).
