Team HOJA’s executive is made up of a director who oversees all the organization’s activities. He or she is assisted by three key people, each responsible for a specific area. Firstly, we have a HOJA SUMMIT and Programs Manager. This person is responsible for coordinating and managing HOJA SUMMIT, a major event organized by HOJA that brings together social innovators, entrepreneurs and decision-makers to discuss the challenges and opportunities facing Africa. In addition to this, the HOJA SUMMIT and Programs Officer is responsible for the design and implementation of HOJA’s programs, aimed at supporting and strengthening innovative projects within the network. Secondly, we have a Director of Finance and Administration. This person is responsible for HOJA’s financial management, including budgeting, accounting, resource management and compliance with financial regulations. She also oversees the administrative aspects of the organization, such as management of premises and supplies
