Team Helencia Foods is led by Helen Nnaemeka, Founder and CEO, a public health professional with over 15 years of experience and certifications in nutrition, food safety, and strategic management. She brings vision, grit, and practical expertise in food systems and enterprise development. The team includes Francis Agbarakwe, Managing Director, with a background in logistics and operations, and Maureen Nnebe, Board Secretary. Our Production Manager holds a B.Sc. in Biochemistry and has prior experience in food production. A Chartered Accountant with over 15 years in NGO financial systems volunteers as our financial lead. Supporting them is a team of trained production staff, marketing officers, interns, and ad-hoc workers. Together, the Helencia team blends grassroots experience with professional excellence, committed to innovation, quality assurance, and scaling impact.
