Healthy Dietary Feats Food safety and transportation across urban regions

Africa being a developing continent is suffering from major food hazards and poisoning due to inconsistencies in food transportation which in most cases are carried across states through open lorries and trailers, sometimes stuffed with both humans and food produce. I intend to bridge this cap with the provisions of better transport systems like cold storage, refrigerated truck and fully enclosed trucks for preservation of these produces. Better movement of food, less food poisoning and the better the consumption of these produces and health eating will be greatly improved. This starts with health education and healthy food handling for the farmers and movers of these produce
