My name is Natachi Peace Ugbajah, I did my undergraduate in HRM but after a life changing moment in my life (losing 75kg in 2 years and 8 months) i knew where my passion lies. my passion for healthy living and recipes developing motivated me into changing my career path to being certified as a nutrition & wellness consultant.

Healthnhealthy was birthed to bridge the gap in healthy food industry. We provide healthy and quality food, baked goods and educational services to help encourage people live healthier.

According to THE NATIONAL ONLINE NG, The International Diabetes Federation reports that:
1.5 Million Nigerians are confirmed Diabetic. A lot of people are moving around with some health issue that changing ones lifestyle will help reverse or prevent it. Covid happened and people are moving towards healthy living which is what healthnhealthy is all about, providing healthy tailored meals, baked goods and educative sessions for our community.
