Hawi Family Hospital is a mission-driven, community-based Level 4 healthcare facility located in Homabay County, Western Kenya. We offer a broad line of health services including outpatient, inpatient, maternity, surgical, and chronic disease management (Sickle cell, Diabetes, Hypertension, Oncology, addressing a critical health access gap for over 1 million underserved people in the region.

With strong community trust, strategic partnerships with Ministry of Health, and a rapidly growing patient base, we are scaling our services to meet rising demand — especially in maternal health, dialysis, HIV care, and diagnostics. We are now seeking seed funding to expand infrastructure, equipment, and digital health systems to elevate our model of care and reach more lives, while building a pathway to financial sustainability. Our team combines clinical excellence with public health experience and research partnerships, ensuring impact at both individual and systems level.
