Past, current and future crises will feed most of the population, we must adapt and switch to food systems that do not affect soil, biodiversity, traditions, food and ancestral seeds in a sovereign and resilient way. This is why we are seeking food sovereignty through the “milpas” (corn, bean and pumpkin) agroecological system that is the main source of food for Mexicans, being a symbol, pride and sustenance of our culture. To carry it out, we train teachers, they replicate with demonstrative milpas in schools that function as germplasm, accompanied by the experiences of a peasant to finally replicate the students in their houses having a “milpa at home” integrating their family to function as a “bonus against hunger” satisfying 15% of the food of a family in 1 year in an adequate, healthy and respectful way.
