GrowYoung Agripreneurs Empowering youth through sustainable farming, livestock and agritech

GrowYoung Agripreneurs is a youth-led agribusiness venture based in Mchinji, Malawi, helping young people build sustainable livelihoods through profitable crop and livestock production. We train and support youth to grow high-value crops such as soybeans, beans, groundnuts, sunflower, chilli, maize, Irish potato and garlic, while also raising goats, sheep and local chickens.

Our model combines practical training, mentorship, climate-smart farming methods and market access so that young farmers can increase productivity and earn more income. We also plan to integrate simple agritech tools and business support services to help farmers make better production and marketing decisions.

GrowYoung Agripreneurs has strong potential because it addresses youth unemployment, low agricultural productivity and food insecurity at the same time.
