Lake Victoria, the second-largest freshwater lake in the world, has been a vital source of sustenance and economic activity for millions in East Africa. However, overfishing, environmental degradation, and lack of sustainable management have severely depleted its fish stocks, particularly tilapia—a key species for local livelihoods. To address this urgent issue, Greenscape Company Ltd. proposes a comprehensive project aimed at restocking Lake Victoria with 10 million one-month-old tilapia fingerlings over a 12-month period. By doing so the Tilapia population will restore and the price will lower but also in the process we will produce fish feed to sustain the project and sell to other farmers.
