In-situ Remediation of Ground Water
Our estimate is that several 100 million people suffer from high levels of Nitrate in Sub-Saharan Africa, without knowing it! In Sub-Saharan African cities the main source is human faeces, from seeping pit latrine toilets. These nitrates causes the infamous Blue Baby syndrome and different forms of cancer, with people at all ages. We have the competence to fix the problem in the aquifer before abstraction sites. Our first large scale project is the city of Lusaka, Zambia.
