We process raw cassava into High Quality Cassava Flour (HQCF) and also Gari. Even though we use the traditional way of processing, we are able to produce the best products that have no competition on the market. The high demand for cassava flour and Gari on the market nowadays has neccesated us to switch from the traditional method to mechanical processing. This mechanical method will also help us to expand our produce in order to get to the bigger market and exports as well. The labour capacity will expand much bigger, meaning a lot more people will be employed in the factory thus helping them also to improve their living standards. It’s a registered Enterprise with the Ghana registrar general’s department office. Currently, we have about thirty two people working with us of which seventeen are part timers and fifteen are full timers. The women out number the men because our major activities are most food Processing. Labour is accessible, raw materials are available, market is there.
