Gozem has started as a transportation company focused on West & Central Africa.
Launched in November 2018 with our ride-hailing services in Togo, then in Benin in July 2019. The next expansion phase will be in Cameroon, Gabon and DRC at the end of 2020.
Delivery services have been added in August 2020 in Togo and Benin, including e-commerce, groceries and gaz bottle. Food delivery will be added in November 2020.
Gozem has officially changed it’s experience to a Super-App in September 2020 and will enable its wallet for peer-to-peer transactions and merchant network in partnership with local banks.
Our strategy is to expand quickly in all countries of the CFA Franc zone in a phase 1, then Nigeria, Ghana and Rwanda, while adding new verticals to our platform, such as food and last-mile delivery, mobile banking, etc.
In a nutshell, our ambition is to recreate the model of Southeast Asia’s Grab and Go-Jek in Africa.
