We are a small and dynamic team that prioritise a work-life balance. Goodfolks is an extension of what we love to do with our time, our energies and overall life. It is an extension of our personal philosophies and faith that no matter how small we are, we can effect positive change that will keep flowing.
We refer to our organisational model as the MANDALA MODEL. Because unlike a regular boardroom with one person at the head, each of us represent different deliverables and interests. So the decisions that are taken are always collaborative and collective. And we hold space for profits, sustainability, humans, the trees and of course the bees.
We try to refer to existing structures as little as possible and re-imagine processes that suit all our interests. So we work online, we work remote, we work from the field, we work with experts, we work with the marginalised and see our team as a (still small) swarm of bees with lots of exciting things to do and engage in.
