Our passionate startup team consists of passionate changemakers and engineers with international qualifications and more than 75 years of combined experience. Kirshen Naidoo (BEng, MBA) (Founder, CEO) with more than 15 years of international experience in engineering projects, technology and entrepreneurship. Ricardo de Matos Camarinha (Commercial lead) is in technology transformation with more than 15 years of international experience in the engineering and technology sector. Khilen Naidoo (BEng, MBA) is an experienced programme manager, business developer and operations lead with more than 18 years’ experience in leading engineering projects and digital transformation at multinational companies. Our technology leads are Sahil Affriya (MEng, MBA) and Mohit Sandal (MEng) with masters degrees in software engineering and >20 years combined experience in technology based startups. They are supported by a team of developers in India, where the core of our development takes place.
