Geração Calueio Lda Sustainable Chicken and Eggs for All

Geração Calueio Lda is an early-stage Angolan agribusiness focused on integrated poultry and egg production, aiming to reduce import dependency, strengthen food security, and generate local economic development. The pilot project will be implemented in Lobito, Benguela, with 8,000 broilers (3 cycles/year), 8,000 laying hens, in-house feed production, and a 20-foot refrigerated container. The pilot will validate operational and financial models, generate cash flow, create jobs, train technical staff, and lay the foundation for a full-scale agro-industrial operation with processing, packaging, and distribution. The company plans a technical partnership with Irish experts for technology, equipment, training, and best management practices, ensuring efficiency and sustainability.
