Team
Golden Silk Team is made out of 100 persons, who started the adventure in 2002. Established in a removed area, away from commercial roads, Golden Silk has attracted a rural community, which finds in artistic jobs a way to express their skills while being in most of the case completely illiterate.
The team leaders are all women, who joined without any experience the project. Two experts (men), who were previously managers in the “National Center for Silk” in Pourk take car of silk-worms raising and of the general management.
