Team
The team consists of 5 people: 1 founder (the author of the idea), 2 managers, and 2 customer care agents. At the moment, only the founder and the managers are working full-time. The company is growing rapidly, so we feel an urgent need to expand the staff, transfer existing ones to full-time, and hire developers, a designer, an accountant, and a lawyer to outsource. The shortage of staff is the most acute problem, but there is no way to solve it without external funding. We cannot cope with processing the flow of incoming clients with our available forces.
