Fundacion Sembra Cultivating dreams

We are a non-profit foundation that seeks to improve inclusion and equity with the disabled community and victims of the armed conflict in Colombia, we have a participatory organic agriculture project based on Ricino or Castor Beans. Through the contract farm we seek to generate stability in the socio-economic life of our members with a focus on: living wage, stable, opportunity for people with hearing limitations who have not had the opportunity for decent work and encouragement.
