We have conceptualized a world class Africa first Leisure destination within the outskirts of Nairobi, Kenya. The Project aims to transform 100 acres of prime commercial property into a world class Leisure destination with 5 distinct parks; Heritage Park, Amusement park, Water Park, Adventure Park and Beauty park. The park is set to be accredited by IAAPA and has been showcased to UNWTO (UN World Tourism Organization) and appears on Kenya tourism Investment opportunities 2018. According to International Association of Amusement Parks and Attraction (IAAPA) 2017-2021 outlook report, it is estimated that Middle East/North Africa (MENA) will experience the largest percentage increase in attendance (16.6 percent compounded annually) as many new parks will open in that region. This clearly indicates that East, South and West Africa are blue oceans in the leisure space. We have our financial model and concept ready. Our leisure architect is Amusement Logic (Spain).
