The Fromyfarm Team are a dynamic software development Team willing to take on the challenge of creating a highly disruptive App. They have the tenacity to address head-on the problem of how to bring the 80% of smallholding farmers into the digital age profitably and in a user-friendly smartphone app. Through determined reflections and iterations they were also able to solve the problem of most smallholder farmers not having Internet access. By integrating SMS technology into the solution as well as services for a new type of business model, the Farmer Agent, business smallholding farmers are now able to enjoy access global buyers just like the rest of those in towns and cities.
