Did you know Nigeria imports over 800,000 metric tons of fish annually, covering more than 65% of the country’s total fish consumption and spending nearly ₦100 billion? Meanwhile, local farmers struggle with low yields, poor access to resources, and the growing impact of climate change. My name is Victor Ibrahim David, founder of Fish Ville Ltd. We are building a sustainable agribusiness model that combines catfish farming with aquaponic vegetable and maize production. Our system recycles fish waste to grow vegetables, conserves water, eliminates chemicals, and empowers youth through jobs and training. We aim to reduce food imports, boost local food security, and support SDGs 2, 8, 12, and 13. With ₦50,000,000 in funding, we will scale operations, train more farmers, and build resilient food systems in Nigeria. Join us in transforming agriculture sustainably.
