The sole purpose of every business is to solve societal problems which is more of a continental
problem in our case. Several local and international institutions (Word Bank, NEPAD, OECD)
have concluded that Africa has the potential to revamp herself through Agriculture. This would
tackle the many challenges faced by the continent. These include: extreme poverty, unemployment
and low GDP.
The output per acre is far less than the average production in more advanced countries. This is because Africa is not up to date with transformational agricultural technologies. Such technologies include improved seeds, fertilizers and irrigation systems. FeedAfri Company Limited is going to say No! to outdated technology when dealing with its s business. We are targeting optimal productivity and looking at how we can contribute our quota of feeding 1.5 Billion Africans by 2030. Ghana would be our first point of call before expanding to other African countries.
