My professional background is in biology and digital marketing, therefore, I run the marketing and communications department and ensure that the company’s social media presence is solid. This involves content creation, reporting and analytics, ensuring the brand voice is uniform across platforms, mapping out the consumer profiles and knowing who our target audience is, exploring opportunities for growth and increasing sales and streamlining the delivery process to ensure that the customer receives their deliveries in good time.
My colleague, Arthur’s professional background is in finance and business. He oversees the financial running of the business: profit and loss calculations, product pricing, creating financial models and mapping out opportunities for business growth, calculating taxes, monitoring company expenses and maintaining stock inventory.
