Ets artisan alpha (ARAconsult) Construction company in general

Araconsult is a construction company based in Kinshasa, and is responsible for the study, design and execution of construction works in general (buildings, roads, sanitation, hydraulics, metal construction and industrial welding, reservoir and pipes, GIS, …). Araconsult is a young company composed of young people, mainly engineers and architects, assiduous, motivated and professional.
Currently we are launching a real estate project called “villas eco-accountable for all” is to build modern villas and resell them to potential customers. An economically viable project, but which requires substantial resources for its implementation.
For this project, estimated at $180,000 for a villa (land purchase and villa construction) on a hearing of 180 square meters on average (villa R + 1 with roof terrace). We will have a profit 15 % theoretically to be a villa. With 2 projects a year, we will double these numbers.
