eSusFarm® is an integrated data-driven company that partners with mobile operators to provide smallholder farmers with digital advisory services, digital financial services, digital procurement services, agri e-commerce services and smart farming services with the purpose of increasing agricultural productivity, smallholder market and credit access, and the overall efficiency of the agri-value chain.

The platform uses both online (web-based) and offline (USSD) tools to coordinate and bridging the connectivity gap currently existing in the agricultural value chain, through the collection of real-time food production data from smallholder farmers using USSD which is zero-rated (no need for data or airtime) such that, every time a farmer does an activity at the farm, they record it on eSusFarm® making them more visible and easily discovered by the entire value chain. It is also a one-stop shop allowing smallholder farmers access to all the services they need in one platform.
