The organization is run by a team of legal, financial and business management experts each of whom continuously furnish substantial skills and experience that propel excellent service delivery and organizational performance.
In addition, ESS is run by young and enthusiastic professionals who have a vision to contribute to the access to justice for all people as one of the basic Human rights. The work of ESS aligns with national and international efforts of implementing the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goal number 16.3, on access to justice for all. The work of the Organization assists women and men in Tanzania who are left behind by the existing legal system, to access affordable and reliable legal service.
