Enlight is a Uganda-based startup that is tackling youth unemployment and human capital development in the clean energy sector. Enlight helps off-grid solar companies solve their last-mile HR needs through recruitment, training, ongoing support, and skill assessments services. Concurrently, it supports rural youth and women to help them build careers in the solar sector through training, job placement and ongoing support, no matter who their employer is.
