1. David Rwegoshora: Founder and CEO of ELPP. Has a Master’s Degree in Agriculture, Has over 10 years of experience in managing NGOs and improved cassava farming and marketing programmes in Tanzania.
2. Mr Marcel Kichumisa: Co-founder and Head of Finance and Administration. Holder of Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
3. Ms Conchester Kabete: Co-founder and Head of Planning Department, Holder of Master’s Degree in Economics.
4. Ms Prisca Nkwenge: Co-Founder and Head of Marketing; Holder of BSc-Agriculture and Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing.
5. Atanas Mluki: Head of Business Operations and Quality Assurance. Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Has over 5 years of experience in managing Business companies in Tanzania.
