Emerald-isle foundation Helping under-served children gain access to quality education.

My name is Evelyn ode, am the founder of Emerald-Isle foundation; an organization focused on helping under-served children gain access to quality education to actualize their full potential. Emerald-isle foundation was founded to solve the Educational challenges that threaten the development of a child, as research by UNICEF has it that 70percent of in-school children are not learning, which invariably is affecting learning outcomes and over the years we have helped to reduce this problem through our intiative called spread-the-books project, this project donates teaching aids particularly textbooks to public schools , with the objective of improving the availability and accessibility of teaching aids for quality education delivery and also the quality of learning given to a child.
We have successfully donated over 1000textbooks and bookshelves to 5 public schools in kaduna state Nigeria, this has improved the learning outcomes of some school children over the years.
