El Terreno Cultural Exchange for Collective Change

Team

The founder, Joshua Holmes (UK), has lived in Ecuador for 5 years. At 34, this project is a culmination of diverse experience working with young people, the therapeutic arts, international leadership, personal development, renewable energy start ups and living in eco-villages. He has purchased the property and intends to live with Ecuadorian partner and their son for years to come in order to realise the vision of creating a more meaningful and prosperous world. He has built good relationships with the local communities and organisations.

Tania Celi is a ‘social communicator’ from Guaranda and is filling the role a volunteer coordinator in El Terreno. Karina Barahona and various long-term volunteers help out with the longer terms strategy in implementation of the project.
