We extract juice from both bananas and pineapples; this is meant to avoid wastage by the local farmers who grow pineapples and bananas. The pineapple peels are as well turned into animal feeds for our pigs and ducks, so as to avoid bi-product wastege. This as well appies to surghum the waste product for our surghum is turned into animal feeds.
Because of this innovation, farmers have been able to get a relatively higher price for their products and avoid food shortage which has been apparently, causing them losses.
