We tackle the daily 2,000+ tonnes of unmanaged waste by integrating informal workers, using mobile collection units, and establishing local Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs). Our model offers door-to-door pickup, composting, e-waste recovery, and community incentive programs. With a USSD/WhatsApp platform, QR rewards, and GPS optimization, we blend tech and community action to reduce landfill use, create jobs, and boost public health.
