WHY
Over 80% of youth aged 18–35 are unemployed or unemployable due to a lack of practical, job-ready skills (AfDB, UNDP, 2023).

HOW
We developed the Cogno Teaching & Learning Initiative, a unique, cost-effective training model that equips youth with relevant, hands-on skills through:
a. Problem-Based Learning: Students learn by solving real-world challenges.
b. Hands-On Practice: Workshops, labs, and fieldwork are integrated into every program.
c. Technology-Enhanced Learning: Using digital tools to prepare for modern jobs

We design our curricula in consultation with industry players to ensure alignment with market needs.

WHAT
EASTECH offers Diploma and Certificate programs in Engineering, Technology, Health, Agribusiness, and Entrepreneurship built on the Cogno model. Our focus is on practical learning that prepares students not just to seek jobs but to create them.
