YNA Kenya has well-functioning governance and management structures with the topmost being the Board of Directors elected. The Board is chaired by a Chairman, a Board of Directors with the Executive Director as the Secretary, and reports to the board on the progress of the Secretariat and services. The chairman is also the CEO of E-Ride, and SG is the CEO of Her Go, YNA Kenya has, clear segregation of duties/roles ensuring optimal programmatic and financial decisions are made professionally and timely.
