DWO’AGRO is an agri-food business based in Damerjog, specializing in the processing of local agricultural products into powder: ginger, garlic, moringa, etc. It adds value to local produce, prolongs its shelf life and makes it more accessible. The project meets a real need: the lack of processing infrastructures in Djibouti. It creates rural jobs, especially for women, and reduces waste. By promoting women’s economic empowerment, DWO’AGRO combines social impact with profitability. The market is buoyant, both locally and for export.
