DV Excellus is a tech company Nepal that has been developing & operating an agrifood tech digital platform named Kheti: Consciously Farming, Consuming to digitize the agriculture value chain for sustainable food systems. Kheti supports an increase in farmer productivity and profitability through its farmer-friendly “Farm Management Tool” (i.e. maintaining farm data records, customized advisory services, access to markets for to a wide range of sustainable inputs & services etc.), and develop an effective online marketplace for local produce building traceable and transparent collaborations between consumers and stakeholders. Kheti is the first of its kind platform in Nepal that develops backward and forward linkages streamlining supply chains through its data-centric, integrated business model in the agriculture value chain. Currently it works with more than 10,000 smallholder farmers, more than 100 B2B consumers and a extended list of agrifood stakeholders in Nepal.
