Drnalla LTD Agribusiness Value Chains - Learning Pathway

We have invested over “ten” years of efforts to build the Agribusiness value chains learning pathway as the solution to increase youth readiness for (self) employment & entrepreneurship in the sector. The solution is validated with over 50,000 youth in over 20+ countries (10 of them in Sub-Saharan Africa).

The solution is a blend of self-paced education materials (on the learning platform), interactive group workshops delivered to build confidence & cohort dynamics, and one-on-one coaching sessions around the learner’s reflection assignment.

Our execution model is to help trainers (engaged in youth capacity building programs/projects) master our self-paced learning, interactive workshops delivery and coaching/guiding the learners towards outcomes. We achieve this through our “Training of Trainers (ToT)” program designed to help the trainers (working with our customers).
