Team Dreamskinhaven is led by Mercy Ngugi Mutiira, founder and sole director, who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomechanical and Processing Engineering. Her technical background enables formulation level evaluation of actives, product authentication and supplier quality inspection, a rare and critical capability in a market where counterfeit skincare is widespread. Mercy oversees procurement, supplier relationships, finance and the online channel directly. The business currently has a team of six: five sales associates and one content creator operating across three locations. Post investment the team rebuilds to ten with four planned hires: a Marketing Manager, Stock Manager, Team Leader and an additional Sales Associate. The team is majority female including the founder.
