The management summary is the most important section of my business plan. This is where I find people who will contribute towards the vision, believe in the vision and live the vision.
My team was selected using billionaire Warren Buffett’s strategy of separating people with high integrity from the pack and Jeff Bezos strategy of hiring free thinkers as I feel a combination of the two would be a recipe for worldwide domination. I took great consideration when I approached my proposed management team;-
• Intelligence- As an innovative company, the need to hire smart people is dire, smart people are quick to learn and also quick to come up with futuristic solutions. I look for smart enough people who are able to learn and understand the industry as a whole to ensure that we are able to anticipate any possible threats in the market
