NovaPedi is founded by Dr. Nermine Ismail, founder, CEO & Chief Clinical Officer; a dual-trained pediatric dental specialist with over 30 years of clinical experience treating children, special needs patients, and medically compromised cases across Canada, UAE, and Egypt. She holds a BDS and MSc in Pediatric Dentistry from the University of Alexandria and a DDS from the University of Alberta, bringing a unique blend of international clinical expertise and practical insight. The NovaPedi concept emerged directly from her decades of firsthand experience identifying critical gaps in pediatric dental care. She is supported by three family co-owners who contribute operational and administrative support, creating a stable, aligned, and long-term governance structure.
