Roger is a web developer with more than 10 years working with healthcare facilities to develop IT solutions. He is pursuing a master of science in Bioinformatics at the University of Rwanda-Center of Excellence.
Willine is a healthcare management graduate with 3 years of experience working in mental health advocacy and community engagement.
Arnaud is a healthcare manager with 5 years experience in healthcare facility management and healthcare management education. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Healthcare Management and a Masters of Development Practice.
