DKC GROUP is a limited liability company (SARL) operating in the field of agri-food processing. Since 2023, we have been promoting traditionally-produced flours widely used in African cuisine, especially in Benin. These include yam cossette and cassava cossette flours. And secondly, 3 grams of millet-based flour enriched with souchets, date, ginger and cloves for breakfast and snacks, used by over 80% of Benin’s population. We therefore saw an opportunity to make them more easily accessible to the population. The process of obtaining them is not an easy one.
People appreciate it, which means we have to look for funding to improve quality and produce on a large scale.
