Disruptia is a Colombian social impact startup that trains individuals facing systemic barriers (Women, youth, population in territories, migrants, people with disabilities, among others), and connects them with organizations for employment opportunities. We also support companies in strengthening their inclusive culture through training and tools. Central to our approach is a technological platform that enhances the development process, optimizing learning, and employment for those we impact. In addition, this platform supports businesses in their inclusion and recruitment efforts. We have successfully facilitated the placement of 539 marginalized people in over 65 diverse companies across Colombia.
