Disruptia Building the future of work, now

We revolutionised employment, education and recruitment: Sandra, a 22-year-old who for her condition of vulnerability made a mistake that led her to pay 3 years in prison, when she was away, was unable to get a decent job. Like Sandra, there are 1.6 million unemployed young people in Colombia and 10 million in Latin America who cannot access decent work opportunities with growth expectations. The interesting and hopeful thing is that companies continue to open vacancies, but 69% of them manifest not finding the talent they need, which tells us that there is a gap between talent with potential and job offers. This is where our company comes in, Disruptia, we want to build the bridge to close this gap through job training that is based on information of what companies are demanding in terms of skills, knowledge, mindset and attitudes, the 4 dimensions of learning.
