DPH was founded by a group passionate about architecture and the promotion of African architectural identity. Composed of a talented team with three pillars:
– Developper: The real estate developer is the initiator she is responsible for finding land, construction, marketing, administrative aspects, and bear all the technical and legal responsibility for the construction of a project.
– Architect: The architect is responsible for the design and planning of houses, ensuring that they meet quality and sustainability standards. He works closely with the real estate developer to ensure that the plans meet the project’s needs and regulatory requirements.
