We work with small-scale coffee farmers and cooperatives in Guatemala to create economic opportunities within the coffee industry. With us, they make up to 30% more than if they were to sell their coffee through the conventional avenues typically available to them. We envision a coffee industry that is equitable and inclusive, that enables small-holder farmers to earn a dignified income and live prosperous lives, that facilitates authentic relationships between coffee producers and buyers, and that meets the economic, social, and environmental needs of everyone involved
