Experts in terrace construction, agroforestry, and farmer training. 70% of field staff are women from target communities, ensuring cultural alignment. Technical Advisor: Specialist in climate adaptation with experience supporting 20+ rural projects in DRC. Our strength: Local roots + technical skills. We live in the communities we serve.
