Kennedy Odoyo is the Founder and Strategic Lead of Dala Fish Project, overseeing vision, partnerships, governance, and long-term scaling.

He designed the project’s revolving fund model and leads youth empowerment, climate-smart aquaculture, and sustainable community enterprise development.

Joseph Okoth manages financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and accountability systems. He oversees the revolving fund mechanism, ensuring sustainable reinvestment, operational transparency, and long-term financial resilience.

Gerald Otieno leads youth mobilization, training, and daily field coordination. He supports community engagement, aquaculture skills development, gender inclusion, and operational management of pond activities.

Peter Amuom provides technical oversight on pond design, stocking, water quality, environmental compliance, and sustainable aquaculture systems while supporting youth technical training and production optimization.
