Agricultural production and productivity in Uganda keep plummeting as a result of the rapidly changing climate and limited technical capacity to improve productivity in tough environment. This impoverishes vulnerable farmers, in particular youths and women, who as a result, experience low incomes and food insecurity. Households therefore cannot enroll into commercial agricultural production – limiting sustainable economic opportunities and sources of livelihood. Godstat Farm eXchange aims at increasing access to use of critical farm technology; promoting sustainable land use to increase production its products in an organic manner through access to improved breeds, scientifically proven livestock feeding system, access to meaningful markets with specific attention to dairy and beef production. we coordinate with government extension workers and farmer groups to train, equip and provide market access to livestock farmers in Uganda.
