We run a 500m² hydroponic greenhouse producing mint, lettuce, basil, and cilantro using soilless cultivation. Hydroponics allows us to grow crops faster, use up to 90% less water than traditional farming, and produce cleaner, pesticide-free herbs year-round regardless of season. Our main sales channel is direct supply to local restaurants and cafés, ensuring consistent quality and freshness. With Morocco’s growing demand for fresh herbs in hospitality and food service, and the efficiency of controlled-environment agriculture, we see strong potential for scaling to multiple greenhouse units and expanding our crop range over time
