We run a 500m² hydroponic greenhouse producing mint, lettuce, basil, and cilantro using soilless cultivation. Hydroponics allows us to grow crops faster, use up to 90% less water than traditional farming, and produce cleaner, pesticide-free herbs year-round regardless of season. Our main sales channel is direct supply to local restaurants and cafés, ensuring consistent quality and freshness.
